Novameta HNCD island extraction hood, 1700 × 2000 × 480 mm

Novameta HNCD is an island extraction hood measuring 1700 × 2000 × 480 mm for cooking equipment arranged in a central kitchen island. The stainless steel body and cyclonic grease filters suit everyday professional kitchen use.

Grease separation and cleaning

The standard configuration includes 6 cyclonic grease filters in the 500 × 430 mm format. Their channels rotate the airflow so particles separate onto the walls and drain towards the collection area. The stainless steel filters can be washed in a commercial dishwasher. A drain valve has an internal G1/4 thread.

Airflow and configuration

The catalogue maximum exhaust airflow is 4050 m³/h. This is a hood rating; operating airflow and the fan must be selected for the equipment load and system pressure losses. Exhaust connections: 1 × Ø400 mm. The exhaust fan, ductwork and installation are not included in the base price and are quoted for the installation site.

Optional IP68 LED lighting provides 8 × 15 W, with or without an A-HGJ switch. Damper surcharges cover the stated quantity for all connections of the relevant type. Removable trays and joining connectors are optional; cover panels and powder coating are quoted for the order.
