INFRICO VC1400MDAB – dry aging display counter, 400 l

INFRICO VC1400MDAB is a premium 400 l dry aging display counter for restaurants, steakhouses and specialist butcher shops. Its low, wide format supports customer-facing presentation and rear service access.

Temperature and humidity control. Stated temperature range: 0…+16 °C; relative humidity: 40–85 %. Fan-assisted cooling distributes air, digital IP65 control manages parameters and defrost uses compressor-off cycles. Equipment adjustment limits are not a recipe; settings must suit the raw material, loading and validated production process.

Construction and equipment. Black painted-steel exterior and AISI 304 stainless-steel interior. Supplied with 4 shelves. The hinged front provides cleaning access; rear service doors have an automatic return mechanism. Glass rear doors are an optional catalogue upgrade.
