INFRICO RIC2P is a refrigerated cabinet in the RIC range. It is designed for a professional food preparation or storage workflow.
A compatible trolley can be rolled into the cabinet, so an entire prepared batch can be moved between stations without unloading every tray. This suits batch production in bakeries, central kitchens and catering facilities. Trolley dimensions and door clearance must be checked together.
