INFRICO RIC1PTH is a refrigerated cabinet in the RIC range. It is designed for a professional food preparation or storage workflow.
A compatible trolley can be rolled into the cabinet, so an entire prepared batch can be moved between stations without unloading every tray. This suits batch production in bakeries, central kitchens and catering facilities. Trolley dimensions and door clearance must be checked together.
Access from both sides supports a through-flow layout: one side can be used for replenishment and the other for collection. The cabinet position should be coordinated with the production route.
Declared temperature regime: 0 °C / +8 °C. The full model-specific data and dimensions are listed in the Specifications tab.
Optional accessories are selected for this model. Additional shelves, guides, trays and trolley equipment are included only when stated in the standard equipment or chosen as a priced option.
This INFRICO equipment has a 2-year commercial warranty. Warranty information.
