INFRICO EWC80 is a compressor-cooled wine cabinet for professional bottle display and daily service. The manufacturer states an 80-bottle capacity. External dimensions (W × D × H): 600 × 651 × 1861 mm.
EWC construction combines a black lacquered-steel exterior, ABS interior liner and double-glazed doors. The dark cabinet suits bar and restaurant interiors, while its shelf arrangement organises the bottles for service.
Temperature distribution depends on the fan mode; the manufacturer gives an overall +3…+16 °C operating envelope across these modes. The selected mode should suit the wine-service requirement and the model's operating instructions.
The cabinet includes 5 shelves. Cooling is static, defrost is automatic and the refrigerant is R600a. Declared energy consumption is 2.1 kWh/24 h; input power is 250 W.
Bottle shape, shelf layout, service workload and ventilation clearances should be checked before ordering. INFRICO equipment carries a 2-year warranty.

Two operating modes. With the internal fan OFF, air stratifies naturally: approximately +16 °C at the top, +8 °C in the middle and +5 °C at the bottom. With the fan ON, air is distributed evenly and a single setpoint can be selected from +3 to +16 °C, with a 2 °C controller differential. The three layers are not independently controlled zones.
