INFRICO EWC116DT is a compressor-cooled wine cabinet for professional bottle display and daily service. The manufacturer states a 116-bottle capacity. External dimensions (W × D × H): 595 × 700 × 1804 mm.
EWC construction combines a black lacquered-steel exterior, ABS interior liner and double-glazed doors. The dark cabinet suits bar and restaurant interiors, while its shelf arrangement organises the bottles for service.
The upper and lower zones are independently controlled, each with a declared +2…+20 °C range. The electronic touch-screen thermostat provides separate settings for white, rosé or red wine.
The cabinet includes 10 removable shelves (9 + 1). Cooling is fan assisted, defrost is automatic and the refrigerant is R600a. An inverter compressor adjusts its operation to cooling demand. Declared energy consumption is 0.5 kWh/24 h; input power is 130 W.
