INFRICO EVV90B is a professional 90-bottle wine cooler for restaurants, hotels, bars and specialist retail. Its operating range is +4 °C / +18 °C.
The cabinet has a black lacquered-steel exterior and grey lacquered-steel interior. Its metal liner distinguishes this EVV family from ABS-lined wine coolers. Its black metal exterior suits contemporary bar and restaurant interiors.
The 5 shelves and 350 l volume help organise the wine selection for service. Forced-air cooling distributes temperature, the digital IP65 controller sets the operating range, and defrost uses compressor-off cycles. R290 is the standard refrigerant. External dimensions (W × D × H): 600 × 680 × 1844 mm.
INFRICO’s quality programme includes nitrogen and helium circuit leak tests and final electrical safety checks. This equipment carries a 2-year warranty. Bottle geometry and shelf arrangement affect usable capacity; ventilation clearances must be checked before installing the cabinet in a recess.
An optional PARREVV100 wooden grid shelf can be selected. The option surcharge is for one shelf; the standard shelf configuration is specified in the technical data. The gallery shows the standard and optional shelves.
This INFRICO equipment carries a 24-month (2-year) commercial warranty, extending the store’s standard 12-month business warranty. General warranty and maintenance conditions.
