INFRICO AN902PAST – refrigerated cabinet for pastry, 895 L

INFRICO AN902PAST is a refrigerated cabinet in the NACIONAL 400/900 range. It is designed for a professional food preparation or storage workflow.

The bakery format makes the cabinet suitable for workflows based on trays rather than ordinary kitchen containers. Prepared products can remain on compatible trays between production stages, reducing unnecessary transfer between different containers.

This range uses front ventilation and the manufacturer's Coanda air circulation arrangement. Replaceable cleanless door gaskets and rounded internal joints simplify routine cleaning.
