INFRICO AMC87XL – dry aging display cabinet, 780 l

INFRICO AMC87XL is a premium dry aging and display cabinet for restaurants, steakhouses and specialist butcher shops. This 850 mm wide, 2300 mm high model makes maturation part of the interior and customer experience. Its refrigeration unit is at the top; capacity is 780 l.

Choose glazing on one page: AMC8711XL has front glazing only with opaque sides and rear. AMC8714XL provides panoramic glazing on all four sides. The selection changes the factory model and price; both versions are shown in the gallery.

The 2026 catalogue states +2…+6 °C for maturation and 45–80 % humidity control. Newer family data sheets dated 2026-06-23 list a wider controller temperature range; controller limits are not a recipe for a particular meat product. SOFT TOUCH temperature and humidity control, fan-assisted cooling and a double meat-tone LED strip support operation and presentation.

Standard equipment includes 2 hanging rails and 3 shelves; the catalogue offers chromed-steel or glass shelving. Glazed walls use triple glazing, while the door is double glazed; UVA-limiting treatment is included. The cabinet has wheels. Silver Quartz is standard; black, white and Brown Rusty finishes have separately displayed supplements.

External dimensions (W × D × H): 850 × 650 × 2300 mm. Assembly kits, locks and extra LED lighting are selected for each project. Cut size, loading, airflow clearance and process parameters must suit the production specification.
