INFRICO EVV100 is a premium wine cooler for restaurants, hotels, wine bars and specialist retail. The manufacturer states a 100-bottle capacity and an operating range of +4 °C / +18 °C.
Its distinctive construction combines a solid-wood exterior in the standard cherry finish with a grey rolled-steel interior. The wood finish suits warm, traditional interiors, while the metal liner provides a practical surface for routine cleaning. This model is intended for projects where both cabinet materials and customer-facing presentation matter.
The cabinet includes 5 shelves. EVV / EVV MX shelving combines painted steel and wood. Forced-air circulation distributes cooling, the digital EVCO controller sets the operating temperature, and defrost uses compressor-off cycles. R290 is the standard refrigerant. External dimensions (W × D × H): 650 × 662 × 1911 mm.
INFRICO is a professional refrigeration manufacturer based in Spain. Its quality programme includes nitrogen and helium leak checks and final electrical safety tests. This equipment carries a 2-year warranty. Actual bottle capacity depends on bottle geometry and shelf arrangement; ventilation and service clearances must be checked for the installation.
