UD1-2 is an SS304 chef-base drawer module with 1 GN2/1 drawer. Each drawer can be switched between chilled and frozen operation, allowing the same compact base to adapt to changing kitchen storage needs.
The model data specifies chilled operation at +2…+8 °C and frozen operation at −22…−18 °C, with GN pans up to 150 mm deep. Maximum load per drawer is 60 kg. The reinforced worktop is rated up to 240 kg. Ventilated cooling supports faster temperature recovery and more even air distribution.
This format is useful where refrigerated storage is needed directly below cooking or preparation equipment and floor space is limited. Set each drawer to the required temperature mode before loading it with product.
