Novameta Z-PIZZA refrigerated pizza preparation table, 940 × 850 × 1200 mm

Novameta Z-PIZZA is a pizza preparation workstation for pizzerias, restaurants and quick-service kitchens. A refrigerated ingredient zone and preparation surface keep toppings close to the pizza assembly area. This version is 940 mm long, 850 mm deep and 1200 mm high overall, including the upper section.

Ingredients within reach during pizza preparation

The upper ingredient zone is designed for GN 1/3 and GN 2/8 containers. These formats help separate toppings and arrange them around the preparation sequence. The work surface below the ingredient zone is used for pizza assembly. Choose the counter length around operator space and the number of ingredients used at the same time.

Cleaning and refrigeration service

The manufacturer highlights a hygienic, easy-to-clean construction and a cooling monoblock designed for straightforward replacement. This supports maintenance and servicing. Leave access to the refrigeration unit and keep its ventilation openings clear. Novameta cooling counters have a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, subject to the manufacturer's warranty and operating conditions.

Configure the workstation for the process

Options include a Z-D-EDGE rounded front worktop edge, R15 mm, and one Y-STPU1 GN1/1 drawer with a closed back. Each carries a separate surcharge and is included only when selected. Y-STPU1 is an additional drawer, rather than a replacement of all drawers in the lower refrigerated counter.

Alternative lower-counter or FV0 ingredient-display configurations are agreed individually for the installation. Confirm the container quantity, final section layout and any special configuration before ordering.
