Novameta Z-FPS-E327 – low refrigerated counter with ambient drawer has 6 refrigerated drawers and an additional ambient drawer for utensils or other items stored without refrigeration. Refrigerated capacity is 138 litres; the separate 33-litre drawer is not refrigerated.

3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Novameta provides this counter with a three-year warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and operating conditions.

Working configuration dimensions are 2000 × 700 × 650 mm. The E version has an operating range of -5…+8 °C; select the setting for the products being stored.

Storage arranged for the workflow

Viewed from the front, the layout from left to right is: 2-drawer section → 2-drawer section → unit compartment → 2-drawer section → ambient drawer. N on the drawing identifies the separate ambient drawer.

Stainless steel telescopic rails extend the drawers by 110%, improving access to contents at the back. The refrigerated drawers accept GN1/1-150 pans. Optional perforated inserts are assigned to the main drawer sizes; beer-crate inserts are reserved for the dedicated crate drawers.

Cooling and daily care

Ventilated cooling distributes cold air through the storage area. A digital controller, automatic defrost and condensate evaporation simplify daily operation. Rounded internal corners and a stainless steel back support cleaning, while the replaceable refrigeration monoblock simplifies service. Keep the air circulation openings clear.

Standard configuration and options

The base configuration has a flat stainless steel worktop. A recessed worktop is available without a surcharge; the standard 50 mm rear upstand carries the stated surcharge. Adjustable feet are standard. The optional A-9-RN100 set contains 4 stainless steel Ø100 mm castors, 2 with brakes; confirm the installation height with castors. Custom finishes, non-standard worktops and connection to a central refrigeration system are quoted individually. Central refrigeration is a separate +2…+8 °C configuration and must not be treated as the same as this self-contained version.
