Novameta S Line QLV 2000 × 600 mm height-adjustable work table

A professional stainless steel workstation for food preparation in restaurants, production kitchens, bakeries and other commercial kitchens. The QLV construction lets the working surface be adjusted to the user and the task within approximately 800–1000 mm. This is useful when several people share a preparation station or when different operations require a different working height.

What is included in the base price?

DML multilayer worktop, QLV height-adjustable frame and reinforced lower shelf. This 2000 × 600 mm version has 4 legs. The standard configuration has a 50 mm rear upstand; a flat worktop without an upstand can be selected. The upstand is additional to the working-surface height.

Manual SUSPA adjustment

The SUSPA system changes the table height using a crank handle. It provides manual height adjustment without an electric lifting drive. This is a practical choice when the worktop height needs to be changed between users or tasks and manual operation is suitable for the workstation.

Worktop and professional construction

The DML worktop combines a 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel surface with aluminium composite and an aluminium bottom cover. The catalogue specifies a waterproof, low-noise construction and heat resistance up to 90 °C. The S Line frame uses 40 × 40 mm stainless steel tubing and is described by the manufacturer as based on DIN 18860-1. The reinforced lower shelf provides storage below the preparation area. Levelling the feet and changing the actual working height are separate adjustments.

How to configure this table

1. Worktop. DML is included. DSL, with a 1.5 mm AISI 304 surface reinforced by stainless steel profiles, can also be selected. The lifting mechanism and reinforced shelf remain part of the base table.
2. Upstand. Choose the standard 50 mm upstand, another priced edge construction or a flat worktop without an upstand.
3. Integrated sink and plumbing. Choose a sink only if the workstation needs one. The displayed sizes are restricted by this table's dimensions. Select a plumbing set only together with a sink. The final bowl position, outlets and clearances from the lifting system must be agreed before manufacture. Water and waste connections must accommodate the full height-adjustment travel.
4. Castors. Optional Ø125 mm sets contain four castors, two with brakes. Allow for the changed installation height and services when specifying a mobile workstation.
5. Drawer module. An optional GN 1/1-compatible drawer block provides storage below the worktop. Its position must be coordinated with any sink and the height-adjustment mechanism.
6. Waste hole and accessories. Select the required opening or worktop-edge accessories for the process. Side and rear panels can also be selected; the rear-panel adjustment is calculated from the actual table length. The final layout is checked together with all selected components.
7. Order comment. Use the optional field for sink position, drawer position, service routing or another layout requirement. A drawing or sketch helps us confirm the arrangement.
