Novameta HPPD wall canopy hood with air jet, 2700 × 1500 × 480 mm

Novameta HPPD is a wall canopy hood with air jet measuring 2700 × 1500 × 480 mm for wall-side cooking equipment requiring air-jet-assisted plume capture. The stainless steel body and cyclonic grease filters suit everyday professional kitchen use.

Grease separation and cleaning

The standard configuration includes 5 cyclonic grease filters in the 500 × 430 mm format. Their channels rotate the airflow so particles separate onto the walls and drain towards the collection area. The stainless steel filters can be washed in a commercial dishwasher. A drain valve has an internal G1/4 thread.

Air jets assist plume capture

Nozzles introduce jets that help stabilise the rising thermal plume, direct it towards the filters and contain it inside the hood. This jet system assists capture; the family does not include a separate make-up air supply function. Jet air supply and the number of integrated Z-FAN fans, if required, are agreed as part of the ventilation design.

Airflow and configuration

The catalogue maximum exhaust airflow is 3375 m³/h. This is a hood rating; operating airflow and the fan must be selected for the equipment load and system pressure losses. Exhaust connections: 2 × Ø315 mm. The exhaust fan, ductwork and installation are not included in the base price and are quoted for the installation site.

Optional IP68 LED lighting provides 7 × 15 W, with or without an A-HGJ switch. Damper surcharges cover the stated quantity for all connections of the relevant type. Removable trays and joining connectors are optional; cover panels and powder coating are quoted for the order.
