Novameta HKCD condensate extraction hood, 1900 × 1500 × 480 mm

Novameta HKCD is a condensate extraction hood measuring 1900 × 1500 × 480 mm for dishwashing areas and steaming equipment where moisture capture is the priority. This family uses condensate plates in place of grease filters.

Condensate plates for dishwashing areas

The standard configuration includes 6 condensate plates. Air is directed along their surfaces to help vapour condense into liquid and reduce moisture entering the ventilation system. A drain valve has an internal G1/4 thread. Choose this model for steaming dishwashing equipment; grease-producing cooking requires a grease-filter family.

Airflow and configuration

The catalogue maximum exhaust airflow is 1350 m³/h. This is a hood rating; operating airflow and the fan must be selected for the equipment load and system pressure losses. Exhaust connections: 1 × Ø315 mm. The exhaust fan, ductwork and installation are not included in the base price and are quoted for the installation site.

Optional IP68 LED lighting provides 5 × 15 W, with or without an A-HGJ switch. Damper surcharges cover the stated quantity for all connections of the relevant type. Removable trays and joining connectors are optional; cover panels and powder coating are quoted for the order.
