Novameta HFPD wall canopy hood with air jet and air supply, 2900 × 1500 × 480 mm

Novameta HFPD is a wall canopy hood with air jet and air supply measuring 2900 × 1500 × 480 mm for a wall-side cooking line needing capture assistance and make-up air near the workplace. The stainless steel body and cyclonic grease filters suit everyday professional kitchen use.

Grease separation and cleaning

The standard configuration includes 5 cyclonic grease filters in the 500 × 430 mm format. Their channels rotate the airflow so particles separate onto the walls and drain towards the collection area. The stainless steel filters can be washed in a commercial dishwasher. A drain valve has an internal G1/4 thread.

Air jets and make-up air

Nozzles introduce jets that help stabilise the rising thermal plume, direct it towards the filters and contain it inside the hood. The perforated front panel also supplies low-velocity make-up air towards the working area, serving air balance and staff comfort as a separate function. Jet air supply and the number of integrated Z-FAN fans, if required, are agreed as part of the ventilation design.

Airflow and configuration

The catalogue maximum exhaust airflow is 3375 m³/h. This is a hood rating; operating airflow and the fan must be selected for the equipment load and system pressure losses. Exhaust connections: 2 × Ø315 mm. The exhaust fan, ductwork and installation are not included in the base price and are quoted for the installation site.

LED lighting for this 2900 mm model is configured and quoted individually. Damper surcharges cover the stated quantity for all connections of the relevant type. Removable trays and joining connectors are optional; cover panels and powder coating are quoted for the order.
