Novameta HFPD wall canopy hood with air jet and air supply, 1800 × 1500 × 480 mm

Novameta HFPD is a wall canopy hood with air jet and air supply measuring 1800 × 1500 × 480 mm for a wall-side cooking line needing capture assistance and make-up air near the workplace. The stainless steel body and cyclonic grease filters suit everyday professional kitchen use.

Grease separation and cleaning

The standard configuration includes 3 cyclonic grease filters in the 500 × 430 mm format. Their channels rotate the airflow so particles separate onto the walls and drain towards the collection area. The stainless steel filters can be washed in a commercial dishwasher. A drain valve has an internal G1/4 thread.

Air jets and make-up air

Nozzles introduce jets that help stabilise the rising thermal plume, direct it towards the filters and contain it inside the hood. The perforated front panel also supplies low-velocity make-up air towards the working area, serving air balance and staff comfort as a separate function. Jet air supply and the number of integrated Z-FAN fans, if required, are agreed as part of the ventilation design.

Airflow and configuration

The catalogue maximum exhaust airflow is 2025 m³/h. This is a hood rating; operating airflow and the fan must be selected for the equipment load and system pressure losses. Exhaust connections: 1 × Ø315 mm. The exhaust fan, ductwork and installation are not included in the base price and are quoted for the installation site.

Optional IP68 LED lighting provides 5 × 15 W, with or without an A-HGJ switch. Damper surcharges cover the stated quantity for all connections of the relevant type. Removable trays and joining connectors are optional; cover panels and powder coating are quoted for the order.
