Novameta FS0-E303 – saladette counter for preparing salads, sandwiches and other dishes using ingredients held within reach. The top well accommodates 10 GN1/6 pans, with refrigerated storage below for replenishment stock.
3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Novameta provides this counter with a three-year warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and operating conditions.
Working configuration dimensions are 1720 × 700 × 900 mm. The E version has an operating range of -5…+8 °C; select the setting for the products being stored.
Viewed from the front, the layout from left to right is: door section → door section → unit compartment → door section. Each door compartment includes one stainless steel grid; extra grids and guides are optional. The half-section format identifies the unit area with additional space above it; it is not another full door compartment.
Ventilated cooling distributes cold air through the storage area. A digital controller, automatic defrost and condensate evaporation simplify daily operation. Rounded internal corners and a stainless steel back support cleaning, while the replaceable refrigeration monoblock simplifies service. Keep the air circulation openings clear.
The standard top has a GN ingredient well. Stainless steel or acrylic glass lids and a perforated well insert are optional and matched to this counter length. Agree the GN pan configuration when ordering. Adjustable feet are standard. The optional A-9-RN100 set contains 4 stainless steel Ø100 mm castors, 2 with brakes; confirm the installation height with castors. Custom finishes, non-standard worktops and connection to a central refrigeration system are quoted individually. Central refrigeration is a separate +2…+8 °C configuration and must not be treated as the same as this self-contained version.

This product brings together 10 factory configurations with the same outer dimensions, temperature regime and worktop type. Choose the layout in “NOVAMETA counter configuration”. The selected factory model code identifies the configuration being ordered.
Door compartments are convenient for larger containers and packs. A two-drawer section provides deeper drawers, while a three-drawer section helps separate smaller portions into more levels. Plan the choice around the containers and ingredients you actually use.
The main photograph shows the base configuration. The gallery drawings follow the configuration table below. The additional drawer above the refrigeration-unit area is separate from the full door/drawer sections described in the choices.

Storage volume depends on the configuration. Other figures in the Specifications tab describe the base model FS0-E303. This card retains the base model’s accessory choices. Grids and their guides are for door compartments; when choosing a drawer configuration, select these accessories only for the remaining door compartments. Drawer dividers and inserts must match the drawer type and quantity.
