ITV VD12 water softener (34056A)

ITV VD12 34056A

VD12 is a volumetrically controlled resin softener for higher water demand, using salt regeneration for larger ice-machine applications.

When to choose it

Select by output and operating pattern. Plan salt replenishment, regeneration and service access. Softening does not replace regular machine cleaning.

Selection starting point: ice machines producing from 150 kg/24 h. Start with the machine model and daily ice output. Confirm exact compatibility at range boundaries and for other series.

Operation and maintenance

Use the specified regeneration salt and follow the softener maintenance instructions. Installation and regeneration settings are arranged by the installer. Hard water increases the maintenance load.

Install in the potable cold-water supply to the generator. Allow maintenance access, flush a new element as instructed and check for leaks. Pressure, temperature and connections must suit the system.

Water treatment does not replace circuit descaling and separate hygiene care. Exact parameters remain in Specification; see the accessories guide for selection principles.
