ITV STELLA 45 makes solid 22 g Gourmet cubes for bar and restaurant drinks. Production and integrated storage are combined in one machine, keeping previously made ice at the preparation point.

What ice does it make?

It makes the GALA-style 22 g Gourmet cube for cocktails and drinks served with regular solid pieces. Compared with compact ORION 35, the main choice is the ice: 22 g Gourmet rather than a 40 g cube.

A factory drain-pump version is offered in the configuration choices; decide whether it is needed from the drainage arrangement.

Select water filtration primarily by the generator’s ice output per day; hard water requires earlier cartridge replacement.
