SCALA produces flake ice 1.5–3 mm thick for fish and food industries, product displays and process cooling.
Choose it when flake ice and higher output are needed. Match Compact, Split, Remote or CO₂ Split configurations, power supply and storage to the project.
Flake ice is not a substitute for solid cocktail-cube presentation. Industrial systems require an installation and storage design; high-capacity silos are selected individually.
Plan ice use during busy service periods as well as daily consumption. Storage capacity and 24-hour production are separate measures. Check potable water quality, filtration, ventilation and drainage for the exact installation.
The specified connecting adapter is included in the selected bin price. Select a compatible bin to complete the system.
