QUASAR 150C – 20 g Finger ice and the paddle production system

ITV QUASAR 150C makes 20 g Finger pieces with a hollow centre using the paddle system. Production and integrated storage are combined in one machine, keeping previously made ice at the preparation point.

What ice does it make?

The semi-hollow shape increases contact with the drink, suiting quicker cooling where Finger ice fits the recipe. Its geometry differs from a large solid cube; match it to the serving style.
