ITV ORION 45 makes solid 40 g cubes for drinks. Production and integrated storage are combined in one machine, keeping previously made ice at the preparation point.

What ice does it make?

This ORION 45 produces a 40 g cube. Other ORION models can use a different format, so select the exact model. Solid cubes suit long drinks and cocktails designed for this ice.

ORION 45 is worth considering for a café, restaurant or bar preparation area wanting larger cubes and storage in one machine. Plan peak drinks orders and ice used per serving, rather than choosing by machine size alone.

Series features and practical benefits

• A3S spray system. Flexible nozzles vibrate with water flow to limit scale deposits. Regular cleaning and suitable water treatment remain important.

Choosing the configuration

Select air or water cooling from the factory choices on this card, matching ventilation, water supply and drainage to the site. A factory drain-pump version is offered in the configuration choices; decide whether it is needed from the drainage arrangement.

Select water filtration primarily by the generator’s ice output per day; hard water requires earlier cartridge replacement.
