IQN 300 – Nugget texture for drinks and cocktails

ITV IQN 300 makes Nugget ice: small compressed pieces for drinks and cocktails. This is a modular production head with separately selected storage, allowing the working reserve to match the installation.

What ice does it make?

Nugget is known as chewable ice: compact yet porous. It is chosen for texture and presentation in cocktails, soft drinks and specialty beverages, and differs from Diamond and Chip ice.

Where this model is useful

IQN 300 is worth considering for a cocktail bar, café, restaurant or self-service drinks area specifically wanting Nugget texture. Match the texture to your recipes and plan stock by ice mass per serving and peak demand.

Series features and practical benefits

• Axial construction. A stainless-steel auger collects and moves ice formed in the evaporator. Its surface treatment is a specified construction feature.
• Electronic control. Electronic control manages machine operation. Follow the model manual for specific alerts and maintenance actions.
• Optical stock control. The optical system monitors ice accumulation. Storage capacity remains a separate measure from daily output.
• Service access. Removable panels provide access to components for cleaning and technical maintenance.

Choosing the configuration

Size the generator output and external storage separately. More storage can cover peak demand but cannot compensate for a continuing daily production deficit.

Select water filtration primarily by the generator’s ice output per day; hard water requires earlier cartridge replacement.
