Housing for the appropriate replaceable filtration element, used when repairing or configuring a compatible system.
The housing alone does not provide carbon, anti-scale or other treatment. Match the head, thread, seal and element size; appearance alone is insufficient.
Turn off water and release pressure as instructed before opening the system. After replacement, flush as specified and check for leaks. Follow the installed filter instructions.
Treatment function and replacement life depend on the installed element.
