DELTA MAX MR400 – 40 g Gourmet cubes for distinctive drinks

ITV DELTA MAX MR400 makes solid 40 g Gourmet cubes for drinks specified with a larger ice format. This is a modular production head with separately selected storage, allowing the working reserve to match the installation.

What ice does it make?

Its cube is larger than 22 g GALA ice. Choose it for recipes using larger solid pieces rather than fine or hollow ice. Check your glass: cube size affects both filling and serving.

Where this model is useful

DELTA MAX MR400 is worth considering for a bar, restaurant or hotel using glassware suited to larger cubes. Plan peak drinks orders and ice used per serving, rather than choosing by machine size alone.

Series features and practical benefits

• A3S spray system. Flexible nozzles vibrate with water flow to limit scale deposits. Regular cleaning and suitable water treatment remain important.
• Cleaning mode. A dedicated cleaning mode supports water-circuit care. Use the product and procedure specified for this exact model.
• Service access. Removable panels provide access to components for cleaning and technical maintenance.

Choosing the configuration

Size the generator output and external storage separately. More storage can cover peak demand but cannot compensate for a continuing daily production deficit. Select air or water cooling from the factory choices on this card, matching ventilation, water supply and drainage to the site.

Select water filtration primarily by the generator’s ice output per day; hard water requires earlier cartridge replacement.
