CS101 combines scale control, activated carbon and particle filtration in one system.

When to choose it

Consider it for smaller cube machines requiring both scale control and chlorine-related taste and odour reduction. Check the exact IQ model; do not extend that listing automatically to IQN or IQF.

Selection starting point: cube machines up to 120 kg/24 h; IQ is listed separately by the manufacturer. Start with the machine model and daily ice output. Confirm exact compatibility at range boundaries and for other series.

Operation and maintenance

Replace at the cartridge time or treated-water capacity limit; hard water and intensive use require more frequent replacement. Include system condition in six-monthly equipment maintenance checks. Confirm the replacement reference and interval for the installed filter version. Monitor flow and deposits; outward appearance alone does not reveal remaining treatment capacity.

Install in the potable cold-water supply to the generator. Allow maintenance access, flush a new element as instructed and check for leaks. Pressure, temperature and connections must suit the system.
