INFRICO UC 72 F – freezer counter, 590 L combines frozen storage with a practical preparation surface for restaurant, café and catering kitchens. Keeping products at the workstation makes portioning and preparation more convenient during busy service.
Americana is a separate INFRICO construction platform. This model has stainless steel AISI 430 cabinet construction and an AISI 304 worktop. The UC format is designed for compact undercounter workstations; keep the front ventilation area unobstructed.
