What distinguishes this series?

Americana is a separate INFRICO construction platform. This model has stainless steel AISI 430 cabinet construction and an AISI 304 worktop. The UC format is designed for compact undercounter workstations; keep the front ventilation area unobstructed.

Operating temperature: -2 to +8 °C. Use the temperature range and climate class in Specification when checking suitability for your kitchen.

• The stated shelf format is 540 x 437 mm. Check the containers or trays used in your kitchen against this size.
• Removable Cleanless gaskets simplify routine cleaning.

How to choose the configuration

Choose UC 48 R for the standard door configuration, or UC 48 4D for 4 factory-fitted drawers. The displayed supplement changes the price to the selected complete factory model. Doors suit larger stored items; drawers provide access to organised containers from above. The specification describes the standard model unless a variant is explicitly stated.

Casters are included in the standard configuration; the offered legs are an alternative support option.
