INFRICO UC 36 P – salad preparation counter, 270 L combines chilled storage with a practical preparation surface for salad, sandwich and ingredient preparation. Keeping products at the workstation makes portioning and preparation more convenient during busy service.

What distinguishes this series?

Americana is a separate INFRICO construction platform. This model has stainless steel AISI 430 cabinet construction and an AISI 304 worktop. The UC format is designed for compact undercounter workstations; keep the front ventilation area unobstructed.

Model layout and daily work

The preparation zone keeps ingredients beside the working surface. Choose the upper layout for the number and format of ingredient pans used in your menu.

The standard UC 36 P configuration includes 8 ingredient pans. They are included in this model’s base price.

Operating temperature: -2 to +8 °C. Use the temperature range and climate class in Specification when checking suitability for your kitchen.

• The stated shelf format is 380 x 437 mm. Check the containers or trays used in your kitchen against this size.
• Removable Cleanless gaskets simplify routine cleaning.
