INFRICO MR 93 – refrigerated counter, 765 L combines chilled storage with a practical preparation surface for restaurant, café and catering kitchens. Keeping products at the workstation makes portioning and preparation more convenient during busy service.

What distinguishes this series?

Americana is a separate INFRICO construction platform. This model has stainless steel AISI 430 cabinet construction and an AISI 304 worktop. Match the model depth and front layout to the planned kitchen line.

Model layout and daily work

Operating temperature: -2 to +8 °C. Use the temperature range and climate class in Specification when checking suitability for your kitchen.

• The stated shelf format is 510 x 650 mm. Check the containers or trays used in your kitchen against this size.
• Removable Cleanless gaskets simplify routine cleaning.

How to choose the configuration

Each numbered section is counted from the left when facing the counter. Keep its standard door or replace that section with one of the offered drawer kits. Select one layout per section; the supplements apply to each converted section, not to the entire counter.

Casters are included in the standard configuration; the offered legs are an alternative support option.
