The preparation zone keeps ingredients beside the working surface. Choose the upper layout for the number and format of ingredient pans used in your menu.

The standard MR 93 GT COMBO configuration includes 11 ingredient pans. They are included in this model’s base price.

How to choose the configuration

Each numbered section is counted from the left when facing the counter. Keep its standard door or replace that section with one of the offered drawer kits. Select one layout per section; the supplements apply to each converted section, not to the entire counter.
