INFRICO MR 2190 PDCR – refrigerated counter, 610 L combines chilled storage with a practical preparation surface for bakery and pastry production. Keeping products at the workstation makes portioning and preparation more convenient during busy service.

What distinguishes this series?

The main INFRICO EURONORM 800 platform uses stainless steel AISI 304 for the cabinet and stainless steel AISI 304 for the interior. The 800 mm platform supports bakery and pastry workflows using the stated tray format.

Model layout and daily work

Doors on both sides provide access from two adjacent work areas. This is a pass-through counter for products, not a roll-through cabinet for trolleys.

Operating temperature: 0 to +6 °C. The inverter compressor is declared for this model and adjusts cooling output to demand.
