INFRICO MP 2300 CN – pizza preparation counter, 485 + 70 L combines chilled storage with a practical preparation surface for pizzerias and pizza preparation lines. Keeping products at the workstation makes portioning and preparation more convenient during busy service.

What distinguishes this series?

The main INFRICO EURONORM 800 platform uses stainless steel AISI 304 for the cabinet and stainless steel AISI 304 for the interior. The 800 mm platform supports bakery and pastry workflows using the stated tray format.

Model layout and daily work

The separate 175 L neutral compartment is uncooled and intended for dry storage; its volume is not included in the refrigerated storage figure.

The preparation zone keeps ingredients beside the working surface. Choose the upper layout for the number and format of ingredient pans used in your menu.

Ingredient pan sets are selected separately in the options; a pan layout does not mean that the pans are included in the base price.

Operating temperature: +2 to +6 °C. Use the temperature range and climate class in Specification when checking suitability for your kitchen.

• A digital IP65 controller provides convenient temperature setting and monitoring.
• The stated shelf format is 400 x 600 mm (EURONORM). Check the containers or trays used in your kitchen against this size.
