INFRICO BMPPF 1500 II – refrigerated counter with sink, 250 L combines chilled storage with a practical preparation surface for restaurant, café and catering kitchens. Keeping products at the workstation makes portioning and preparation more convenient during busy service.

What distinguishes this series?

The main INFRICO 600 platform uses stainless steel AISI 304 for the cabinet and stainless steel AISI 304 for the interior. The 600 mm depth saves space in narrower kitchens.

Model layout and daily work

An integrated sink combines rinsing and preparation at one workstation. Plan the water supply and drainage connections for the installation site.

Operating temperature: -2 to +8 °C. The inverter compressor is declared for this model and adjusts cooling output to demand.

• A digital IP65 controller provides convenient temperature setting and monitoring.
• The stated shelf format is 325 x 430 mm. Check the containers or trays used in your kitchen against this size.

How to choose the configuration

Each numbered section is counted from the left when facing the counter. Keep its standard door or replace that section with one of the offered drawer kits. Select one layout per section; the supplements apply to each converted section, not to the entire counter.
