INFRICO ABT141L blast chiller/freezer – 50/30 kg, 14 GN 1/1

INFRICO ABT141L is a blast chiller and freezer for intensive production requiring larger batches and fourteen tray levels. It rapidly reduces the temperature of cooked or fresh products before storage, transport or the next production stage. Rated batch capacity: 50 kg chilling or 30 kg freezing per cycle.

What distinguishes this model?

The ABT range uses AISI 304 stainless steel for professional kitchen work. Forced air circulation distributes cooling around the load and rounded internal corners simplify cleaning. Touch control provides cycle selection, while a USB connection transfers settings, programmes and HACCP alarm information. The manufacturer tests refrigeration circuits for leaks in a helium chamber.

Capacity and workflow

The unit accommodates 14 GN 1/1 pans. Compatible formats: GN 1/1 or 600 x 400. Tray spacing is 65 mm. Match the unit to the batch mass and product layer thickness as well as the number of levels.

Cycles and performance

The manufacturer declares chilling from +90 to +3 °C in less than 90 minutes and freezing from +90 to −18 °C in less than 270 minutes. These are product temperature targets. Chamber air at −38 or −40 °C is not the final product temperature. Actual cycle duration depends on the food, starting temperature, batch mass and loading arrangement. After the cycle, transfer the product to suitable storage equipment.

Choosing accessories

Compatible trays, a sterilizer and a separate data recorder are available as options. The tray selector specifies additional trays to order and does not change cabinet capacity. GN and pastry tray selections are alternative working formats; the combined load in use must remain within cabinet capacity. Sterilization does not replace routine cleaning.

The connectivity selector offers Bluetooth or Wi-Fi control as alternative options.
