Modular cold room with 0…+8 °C CRPF1521

CRPF1521 is a professional modular cold room with external dimensions 1.5 × 2.1 × 2.2 m, a floor area of 3.15 m² and an internal volume of approximately 5.30 m³. The operating temperature range is 0…+8 °C. Construction uses 80 mm polyurethane-insulated panels, a non-slip SS304 stainless-steel floor and a maximum floor load of 1500 kg/m².

The factory-selected plug-in monoblock unit is installed at the factory in one insulated panel. The room is assembled from factory-prepared interlocking modular panels, so the panels do not need to be cut on site and no separate opening for the refrigeration unit has to be prepared. After assembly, connect the electrical supply and the refrigeration system is ready for commissioning.

Important: the cold room is delivered disassembled on a pallet. Assembly and installation work are not included in the product price.

On standard CRPF/CRNF models, the door panel and the insulated panel carrying the monoblock can be repositioned to another compatible wall position in accordance with the manufacturer’s assembly diagram. This does not change the door handing: the door opening direction itself is fixed.

The monoblock condenser rejects heat into the surrounding room, so the installation area must provide adequate ventilation, sufficient service clearance and separation from major heat sources. If heat cannot dissipate naturally, provide mechanical extract ventilation together with a supply of fresh air. The compressor and fans generate normal operating noise, so where practical the refrigeration-unit side should be oriented away from permanently occupied work areas. Climate class 5 provides additional operating reserve at higher ambient temperatures, but it does not remove the need for good room ventilation. This plug-in cold-room system is intended for indoor installation.

The room has its own insulated floor, which creates a raised threshold at the doorway. An optional 80 mm access ramp can be ordered separately for trolley access.

The room is suitable for chilled food, beverages, dairy products, ingredients and other temperature-sensitive goods. Compatible TEFCOLD shelving kit: item 45709, ordered separately.
