ITV SCALA 400 C makes cold, dry flat flakes for food displays and process cooling, where ice must spread over a larger area or enter a production process.
Flake thickness is adjustable from 1.5 to 3 mm. Thin pieces distribute readily and provide broad contact. Thickness affects production conditions, so use the manufacturer table for the chosen setting.
Consider SCALA for fish and food displays, food processing and production cooling. Match the format to the product: dry, colder flakes behave differently from wetter granular ice. Plan both initial display filling and later replenishment.
C identifies the compact SCALA refrigeration version; ice still needs a separate compatible bin. Plan storage, discharge, drainage, power and delivery to workstations. Confirm the exact configuration before selecting a cart system.
The specified connecting adapter is included in the selected bin price. Select a compatible bin to complete the system.
