Stainless steel shelves for professional kitchens, work tables, wash-up areas and utility rooms. Compare Novameta LPL tabletop shelves, LSI and LSX wall shelving systems, LSD dish-drying shelves and LSB dishwasher basket shelves in one category. Choose by shelf type, purpose, load rating and comfortable access.
Use the Shelf type filter to choose the construction for the workstation. LPL tabletop shelves provide storage above a worktop and stand on the work table. LSI, LSX, LSD and LSB wall-mounted shelves attach to the wall. Choose the type first, then compare shelf levels, dimensions and intended use.
LPL1, LPL2 and LPL3 have one, two and three shelf levels. Standard overall heights are 400, 700 and 1000 mm respectively. Widths range from 600 to 2490 mm, with depths of 300 or 400 mm. Standard clear spacing between LPL2 shelves is 317 mm, while LPL3 has 300 mm gaps. The drawings show the same clearance from the table surface to the lowest shelf.
The manufacturer specifies up to 30 kg per LPL shelf with a uniformly distributed load. Widths up to 2000 mm have four supports; sizes from 2100 mm have six. Check the work table dimensions and its capacity to support the shelving and all stored items. The manufacturer describes this easy-to-assemble family as suitable for different types of work table.
Options include A-LP1-SV reinforcement profiles, an A-STU-G rear panel, left and right side panels and Z-HEIGHT factory height customisation. Profile and rear-panel surcharges use the nominal shelf width and selected quantity. A-STU-G rear panels from 1200 mm width are made in two parts. Accessories do not establish a higher shelf load rating.
Z-CEILING ceiling mounting and Z-ADJUSTABLE ceiling mounting with a 250 mm adjustment range are individually quoted. Standard LPL products are classified as “Tabletop”.
LSI1, LSI2 and LSI3 have one, two and three solid shelves respectively. Shelf positions can be changed at the fixing points on the wall rails. They provide open storage for dishes, kitchen supplies and equipment.
LSX1, LSX2 and LSX3 provide stepless height adjustment. The manufacturer highlights easy removal and repositioning of shelves and a smooth, easy-to-clean construction. LSX suits workstations where the height of stored items or the storage layout changes.
LSI and LSX catalogue sizes are 500–2490 mm wide and 300, 400 or 500 mm deep. Overall LSI heights are 333, 666 and 999 mm for one, two and three shelves. LSX heights are 300, 600 and 900 mm. These are overall construction heights, not fixed clear gaps between shelves or mounting heights above the floor.
Match depth to the items and staff reach. A deeper shelf provides more storage depth but projects further over the workstation. Extra levels are useful only when there is sufficient clearance for loading and removal. Filter products by width, depth, height, series and number of shelf levels.
LSI and LSX are rated up to 50 kg per shelf with a uniformly distributed load. This is not a point-load rating and is not transferred to LSD or LSB. Wall construction and fixings must suit the total weight of the shelving and its contents.
LSI and LSX widths up to 1500 mm have two wall supports; sizes from 1600 mm have three. LSI offers an upgrade from standard 14 mm to reinforced 30 mm wall profiles. The surcharge covers the complete support quantity for the selected model using the catalogue upgrade rate per piece. The upgrade does not establish a higher shelf load rating.
LSD2 and LSD3 suit plates up to Ø300 mm. They are 330 mm deep and hold 20–84 plates depending on width. Both specify a drip tray for the upper shelf. LSD3 adds a lower water-collection tray and is 470 mm high; LSD2 is 330 mm high.
For the same width, the catalogue gives the same plate capacity for LSD2 and LSD3. Choose LSD3 for its additional lower drip tray rather than assuming twice the plate capacity. Match the width to the washing volume, plate size and available wall space.
LSB1 is designed for 500 × 500 mm dishwasher baskets. Widths of 600, 1100, 1600 and 2100 mm hold one, two, three and four baskets respectively. Depth is 530 mm and overall height is 350 mm. The Ø16 mm water outlet can be positioned on the left or right at no extra charge. Choose the side to match the wash-up area and drainage arrangement.
Both allow shelf-height changes. LSI uses rail fixing positions; LSX offers stepless height adjustment and easy shelf removal.
The LSI and LSX rating is up to 50 kg per shelf with a uniformly distributed load. Mounting must suit the total load of the installed system.
The standard LSI or LSX configuration includes the catalogue-listed support quantity. The LSI reinforced-support option is a replacement surcharge, not an additional second set.
Plate capacity is the same for equal-width models. LSD3 adds a lower drip tray.
The catalogue specifies 500 × 500 mm baskets. Compatibility with other formats requires a separate check.
Z-LSX custom layouts and Z-LSX-WIDTH custom depths within 300–500 mm are available with an individual quotation.
They have one, two or three shelf levels and standard overall heights of 400, 700 or 1000 mm. LPL2 gaps are 317 mm and LPL3 gaps are 300 mm. Each shelf is rated up to 30 kg with a uniformly distributed load.
The manufacturer offers ceiling-mounting accessories with individually agreed configuration and pricing. The standard LPL configuration stands on a work table.
