INFRICO VON9R ONIX is a refrigerated pastry display for cafés, bakeries and pastry shops. ONIX presents pastry products across several display levels. Separate assisted-service, self-service and double-service layouts allow the cabinet to match the way the shop operates.

Presentation and everyday service

AISI 304 stainless steel construction, tempered glass and glass shelves on aluminium supports suit professional use. Warm white 2700 K LEDs illuminate shelves and the display, while cool white 6000 K decorative lighting highlights the cabinet finish.

Selection and configuration guide

Overall width with end panels is 978 mm and height is 1300 mm. The operating range is +4 to +8 °C. Both end panels are included in the price and dimensions. Double front glass is a factory configuration ordered together with the cabinet.

Avoid direct sunlight and strong heat sources. Keep the refrigeration unit’s ventilation openings clear and allow cleaning access. Integrated refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant. Warranty: 2 years.
