INFRICO VLY9 LYON is a refrigerated pastry display for cafés, bakeries and pastry shops. LYON suits pastry shops and cafés that need a coherent display line and clear product visibility. It can be coordinated with other modules in the same series; connecting components and the overall layout are specified individually.
Presentation and everyday service
Tempered glass and anodised aluminium glass supports provide a clean display structure. Durable lacquered MDF front decoration and a stainless steel plinth suit professional environments. Display LEDs use warm white 2700 K light; decorative LEDs use cool white 6000 K light.
Selection and configuration guide
Overall width with end panels is 998 mm and height is 1305 mm. The operating range is +4 to +8 °C. Both end panels are included in the price and dimensions. Rear sliding display doors are a paid factory option and are not included as standard. The additional shelf surcharge covers one shelf, not a full shelf set. The modification selection changes the factory model: the AISI 304 version replaces the black display surface with stainless steel. Overall dimensions remain the same.
Avoid direct sunlight and strong heat sources. Keep the refrigeration unit’s ventilation openings clear and allow cleaning access. Integrated refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant. Warranty: 2 years.
Exterior finish selection
The gallery shows the standard finishes available for this series. Enter the selected code in the standard exterior finish field. Standard finishes shown in the palette are included; colours outside the palette require an individual quotation. Where offered, the AISI 304 display-surface option does not convert the entire exterior to stainless steel.
