Commercial refrigeration repair

Commercial and professional refrigeration repair for shops, restaurants and HoReCa

We repair professional refrigeration equipment in shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and other commercial premises. Our technician comes to your site, diagnoses the fault and, where the problem can be resolved immediately, carries out minor repair work during the same visit. No subscription or monthly service contract is required – you can order a one-off call-out whenever you need it.

Standard service

• Work is carried out on business days from 08:00 to 18:00.

• Standard attendance is normally planned within 2–3 business days after a properly submitted order.

No subscription fee – you pay for the specific service ordered and any separately agreed additional work.

• General enquiries: +370 5 234 5655.

What equipment do we repair?

The service covers professional refrigeration equipment and systems used in retail, food service and other commercial premises. We repair upright refrigerators and freezers, refrigerated display cabinets and counters, refrigerated tables and back-bar units, preparation counters, commercial freezers, cold rooms, monoblock units, split refrigeration systems, remote condensing systems and other professional refrigeration equipment.

For larger or technically more complex systems, we may ask for additional information about the system, refrigerant, controller or rating plate before the visit so that the technician can prepare properly for diagnosis.

What is included in a service call?

  1. Technician attendance at the site at an agreed time on a business day.
  2. Fault diagnosis based on the specific equipment and symptoms.
  3. Minor repair during the first visit where it can be completed within the labour time included in the ordered service, using available tools and without specially ordered parts.
  4. Clear explanation of the next steps if further work, refrigerant, parts or another visit is required.

If parts, materials or additional labour time are required, their need and price are agreed with the customer. They are not automatically included in the base price shown on the city service product.

Prices and repair booking

Repair is booked by selecting the service product for the relevant city. Each product shows the specific base price and clearly states what is included. If diagnosis or repair shows that additional labour time, spare parts, materials, refrigerant or a repeat visit are required, their need and price are agreed separately before additional paid work is carried out.

Standard online repair services are intended for work on business days and during normal working hours. Evening, night, weekend or public-holiday work is not included in the standard online order and, where available, must be agreed separately.

How to order refrigeration repair online

Select the repair service for your city – Vilnius, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Kaunas or Panevėžys – and provide the information needed for the technician to prepare for the visit:

  1. Enter the exact site address.
  2. Enter site opening hours or the time when the technician can access the equipment.
  3. Provide the equipment or system type, manufacturer and model if known.
  4. Describe the problem in your own words, for example: “not cooling”, “temperature too high”, “water leaking”, “very noisy”, “icing up”, “does not switch on”, or “shows an error”.
  5. Provide the name and telephone number of the on-site contact person.
  6. If the order form provides an upload field, attach a photograph of the equipment, controller, error code or rating plate. This may help the technician prepare before travelling.

What should you check before ordering service?

  • Is mains power available and is the main switch on?
  • Is the controller set to the correct temperature and is an error code displayed?
  • Do the doors close correctly and are the seals visibly intact?
  • Are air intake, discharge and internal circulation openings unobstructed?
  • Is the condenser / filter heavily contaminated with dust or grease?
  • Is the equipment positioned away from strong heat sources and with the ventilation clearances required by the manufacturer?
  • Has a large quantity of warm product been loaded into equipment intended mainly to maintain already chilled product temperature?

Safety: if you smell burning, see electrical arcing, hear strong unusual hissing or suspect refrigeration-circuit damage, do not dismantle the equipment. Switch it off if this can be done safely and contact service.

Frequently asked questions

The refrigeration equipment is not cooling or the temperature is too high. What should I do?

Possible causes range from controller settings, a dirty condenser or airflow problems to fan, controller, compressor or refrigeration-system faults. When ordering service, provide the displayed temperature and any error code.

Water is leaking from the equipment. Is this serious?

Water can be caused by condensate drainage, blockage, icing, door-closing issues or other faults. If water continues to accumulate or reaches electrical components, a service inspection is recommended.

The equipment is very noisy or vibrating.

Check that the unit is stable and that no external objects are touching it. If the noise appeared suddenly, becomes stronger or comes from the fan or condensing-unit area, diagnosis is recommended.

The equipment is heavily icing up.

Icing may be related to doors, seals, airflow, settings or the defrost system. A photograph of the icing before defrosting can help diagnosis.

Is every repair completed during the first visit?

Not always. We try to resolve minor faults immediately, but a specific spare part, additional diagnosis, refrigerant work or a longer repair may require another visit.

Are spare parts included in the service price?

No, unless the specific city service product clearly states otherwise. Spare parts and materials are charged according to actual requirements and are agreed separately where necessary.

Do I have to know the exact equipment model?

It is helpful but not essential. If you do not know the model, photograph the rating plate, the equipment and the controller. This information often helps us identify the unit or prepare for diagnosis.

Do I need a maintenance subscription?

No. This online service is designed for one-off call-outs. Periodic maintenance arrangements for larger sites can be discussed separately.
