This service is intended for shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and other businesses using professional refrigeration equipment and systems. Our technician comes to your site in Vilnius, diagnoses the fault and, where the problem can be resolved during the first visit, carries out minor repair work.

What is included?

• technician attendance within Vilnius;
• fault diagnosis of the equipment or system;
• up to 1 hour of labour on site;
• minor repair during the first visit where it can be completed within the included time and without specially ordered parts;
• an explanation of the fault and the next steps required.

What is not included?

• labour beyond the included 1 hour;
• spare parts and consumables;
• refrigerant and refrigeration-circuit materials;
• specially ordered components;
• a repeat visit where required;
• evening, night, weekend or public-holiday work.

If more time is required, additional labour is charged at EUR 50.00/hour + VAT. Spare parts, materials and additional visits are agreed separately before extra paid work is carried out.

When do we attend?

Standard online service orders are carried out on business days from 08:00 to 18:00. Attendance is normally planned within 2–3 business days after a properly submitted order. The exact visit time is coordinated according to site access and technician availability.

What information should you provide?

Please enter the exact service address, site opening / access hours, equipment or system type / manufacturer / model, a description of the fault in your own words, and the on-site contact details. If possible, attach a photograph of the equipment, controller, error code or rating plate.

You can describe the problem simply, for example: “not cooling”, “temperature too high”, “water leaking”, “very noisy”, “icing up”, “does not switch on”, or “shows an error”.

For technically more complex equipment or systems, we may ask for additional technical information before the visit so that the technician can prepare properly for diagnosis.
