Premium professional AISI 304 stainless-steel work table for restaurants, food production and other intensive commercial-kitchen applications. The base configuration is DML standard multilayer table top + PRV open frame. Table height: 900 mm, adjustable by the feet from 865 to 930 mm. Note: the upstand height is not included in the stated table height H. With the standard 50 mm upstand, the nominal overall height is 950 mm.

Why the S Line construction matters

The Novameta S Line frame is made from 40 × 40 mm stainless-steel tubing and the catalogue describes it as “Frame based on DIN 18860-1”. This standard applies to open work tables for commercial kitchens and covers requirements related to construction, operation, safety, hygiene and testing. In practical terms, the table is designed as a professional workstation rather than simply as a stainless-steel sheet on legs.

In the standard Novameta S Line geometry, the lower frame cross rail is positioned 200 mm above floor level, while the rear legs are set back 100 mm from the rear edge of the table top. This geometry leaves useful space for cleaning, the wall zone and services, while the 40 × 40 mm tube frame provides the rigidity expected from equipment intended for professional use.

The DML table top uses 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel with aluminium composite, is waterproof, has a low-noise construction and is heat-resistant up to 90 °C. This is one of the key differences between a premium professional table and a simpler budget solution: the value lies not only in appearance, but in the specified materials, structural stiffness and long-term durability.

How to configure the table

Select the options in order: first choose the table top and lower construction, then the upstand, followed by the sink and any other required accessories.

1. Table-top type. DML is the standard multilayer worktop: 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel with aluminium composite, waterproof, low-noise and heat-resistant up to 90 °C. In the standard selection, DML worktops are available up to 4000 mm long. DSL is a 1.5 mm AISI 304 worktop reinforced with rectangular AISI 304 stainless-steel profiles, waterproof and heat-resistant up to 90 °C; select it when a more heavily reinforced table-top structure is required. DSL is available only up to 3000 mm in length. If a worktop longer than 3500 mm is required, DML worktop-only versions are available up to 4000 mm. Solutions longer than 4000 mm are made from multiple worktop sections, so a joint seam remains.
2. Table construction. This determines what is under the table top. PRV is the standard open frame without a shelf. Choose Table top only – without frame when you need only the stainless-steel worktop and already have cabinets, a base or another supporting structure. PLV adds one reinforced flat lower shelf. PLVS2 combines the reinforced lower shelf with an additional height-adjustable shelf. PMV is a frame for modular shelves. PMVS2 is a modular-shelf frame with an additional adjustable frame. PSV has one grid lower shelf. PSVS2 combines a grid lower shelf with an additional adjustable shelf.
3. Upstand type. The upstand protects the wall and helps contain liquids and dirt on the table top. A-DSB-11 is the standard 50 mm upstand. A-DSB-31 is angled and also has a small rounded inner corner. A-DSB-21 has a large rounded inner radius, making hygienic cleaning easier. A-DSB-41 is flat. No upstand – flat worktop should be selected when a completely flat worktop without a rear upstand is required. If no special requirement exists, keep A-DSB-11.
4. Integrated sink. This 3500 × 700 mm table can be configured with up to two integrated sinks. Select a sink only when required; its dimensions must be compatible with this particular table top and compatibility is checked before production. Larger tables may allow more sink positions.
5. Plumbing set. Select only together with a sink. It defines the outlet assembly, from a simple strainer to valve, overflow or waste-basket combinations. If no sink is selected, no plumbing set is required.
6. Drawer module No. 1. Choose a module with 1, 2, 3 or 4 drawers: Y-STPU1, Y-STPU2, Y-STPU3 or Y-STPU4. Select according to the required number of drawers and the planned equipment layout under the worktop.
7. Waste hole. Y-SNA-150, Y-SNA-200 and Y-SNA-250 are stainless-steel waste holes with Ø150, Ø200 or Ø250 mm diameters. A-DS-FGA is a Ø205 mm waste hole with a rubber ring. Choose according to the required opening diameter and planned worktop layout.
8. Additional accessories. In this group you can select one or more additional accessories: A-DSB-51 – rounded front worktop edge; Z-D-CORNER – rounded worktop corner R=77 mm; A-RIB-PK / A-RIB-PD – ribbed drainer on the left or right; A-DSU-K / A-DSU-D / A-DSU-G – left side, right side or rear panel; Y-PDS – splash guard; Y-SGP – sliding grid for sink. The A-DSU-G price adjustment depends on the table width because its catalogue price is specified per metre. Select Y-SGP together with an integrated sink; compatibility is checked against the selected sink dimensions.
9. Order comment / instructions. If you have additional requirements regarding sink position, accessory layout, installation conditions or any other non-standard detail, enter them in the “Order comment / instructions” field. This field is optional and is intended for information that cannot be described precisely using the standard options.
