INFRICO VNZ9 NIZA is a low-profile refrigerated pastry display for cafés, bakeries and pastry shops. The 1040 mm height maintains an open service area and direct contact between staff and customers. The display accommodates desserts, cakes and other temperature-sensitive products without a separate refrigerated stock reserve.
Presentation and everyday service
Tempered front glass, an AISI 304 stainless steel worktop and electronic control support daily service. Lacquered MDF decoration can be coordinated with the interior. Electronic fans and a condensate evaporation tray complement the integrated R290 refrigeration system.
Selection and configuration guide
Overall width with end panels is 978 mm and height is 1040 mm. The operating range is +4 to +8 °C. Both end panels are included in the price and dimensions. The low profile maintains a more open service area. The modification selection changes the factory model: the AISI 304 version replaces the black display surface with stainless steel. Overall dimensions remain the same. DT modifications specify refrigerated +4 to +8 °C and heated +40 to +50 °C ranges. They must not be described as two independent refrigerated compartments.

Avoid direct sunlight and strong heat sources. Keep the refrigeration unit’s ventilation openings clear and allow cleaning access. Integrated refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant. Warranty: 2 years.

Standard finishes shown in the palette are included; colours outside the palette require an individual quotation. Where offered, the AISI 304 display-surface option does not convert the entire exterior to stainless steel.
