SCANDOMESTIC MB 34 BGD is a hotel minibar with 34 L net capacity for guest rooms, apartments and compact drinks-storage areas. Its black cabinet and interior LED lighting keep the selection organised and easy to view.

Peltier cooling and noise

The thermoelectric Peltier system works without a compressor. Its declared noise level is 22 dB(A), making it suitable for locations where low appliance noise matters. This is a low declared noise level rather than a claim of completely silent operation.

Door and interior layout

The glass door lets guests view the drinks before opening the minibar. The minibar includes 2 adjustable glass shelves. The door handing can be reversed to suit the room layout, and the integrated handle avoids a separate projecting external handle.

Temperature and selection

Operating temperature range: +12 to +14 °C. This range matters when choosing the drinks and serving temperature you intend to offer. Select products according to the storage conditions stated on their packaging.

The glass-door BGD version operates at a higher temperature than the solid-door BE version. If you need +6 to +8 °C, choose the corresponding BE model; a similar-sized BGD is not a substitute with the same storage range.

Installation and maintenance

The cabinet dimensions are 400 x 420 x 570 mm. Peltier cooling needs unobstructed heat removal, so any furniture or recess must provide air entry below and an exit above. Follow the included manufacturer ventilation diagram and the instructions for the exact model.

Automatic defrost simplifies daily maintenance. Clean the interior, door gasket and ventilation areas regularly, and keep them clear of furniture panels and other objects.
