STELLA 35 – 22 g Gourmet ice in a compact cabinet

ITV STELLA 35 produces solid 22 g Gourmet cubes with integrated storage, useful when this drink-ice format is wanted in a restricted installation space.

What ice does it make?

It makes the GALA-style 22 g Gourmet cube for cocktails and drinks served with regular solid pieces. Compared with compact ORION 35, the main choice is the ice: 22 g Gourmet rather than a 40 g cube.

Where this model is useful

Choose for a café or restaurant bar keeping ice beside drinks preparation. The built-in bin provides stock in the same cabinet, and the inward-moving door helps with space in front.

Series features and practical benefits

A3S spray. Flexible nozzles help limit scale deposits; regular water-circuit maintenance remains necessary.
Inward-moving door. Opening requires less projecting space in front of the machine than an outward-opening door, useful in a restricted work area.
Front airflow and electronic control. SFVS supports undercounter installation under the specified conditions, while electronics control operation.
