IQF 300 – Chip ice for displays and busy operations

ITV IQF 300 produces small irregular Chip pieces for distribution through displays or around products. This modular generator mounts above compatible storage.

What ice does it make?

Chip suits applications requiring ice to fill spaces and spread around products. It differs from regular drink cubes and thin dry SCALA flakes, and is produced directly without separate cube crushing.

Where this model is useful

Consider it for fish and other food displays, buffets and preparation areas. Match ice moisture, contact conditions and replenishment to the product. Chip also serves drink recipes designed for this format.

Series features and practical benefits

• Axial ice production. A surface-treated stainless-steel auger and geared motor collect and move ice.
• Electronic control and LED alerts. Front controls and diagnostic indicators show operation and alerts.
• Optical stock control. Ice leaves through the lower opening into compatible storage; optical control monitors accumulation.

Size production and storage separately, allowing enough stock before morning preparation. Use a bin and adapter approved for this exact IQF 300. More storage covers peaks but not a continuing daily production deficit.
