ICE QUEEN IQN 240 – Nugget texture for drinks

ITV ICE QUEEN IQN 240 makes small compressed Nugget pieces with a different texture from solid cubes. It is a self-contained machine with its own bin.

What ice does it make?

Nugget is known as chewable ice: compact yet porous. It is chosen for texture and presentation in cocktails, soft drinks and specialty beverages, and differs from Diamond and Chip ice.
